Sacred Rest

Sacred Rest is a restorative 90-minute shamanic healing experience created to help you slow down, soften and come home to yourself.

Wrapped in blankets and held within a beautiful sacred space, you’ll be invited out of the noise of the mind and into a place of rest, where there is nothing to do, fix or become. You are simply invited to lie back, receive and allow yourself to be held.

You’ll be gently guided on a shamanic journey, carried inward by the healing rhythm of the sacred medicine drum. Sound, energy healing and nurturing, consent-led healing touch will be intuitively woven throughout, creating a soft and loving space for your body to relax, your nervous system to settle and your whole being to breathe.

Eye masks, bolsters and blankets will be provided, but you are warmly welcome to bring any extra cushions, layers or anything else that helps you feel completely comfortable. There is no special way you need to arrive. Feeling as cosy and comfortable as possible is all that is needed.

This is a space to gently release the weight you have been carrying, reconnect with your heart and remember the wisdom that already lives within you.

Come exactly as you are and allow yourself to be held in the sacred nest of rest.
