Description

In a world that celebrates productivity and constant doing, rest can feel like a luxury or even a guilty indulgence. But rest is not a reward – it is essential.

And as the festive season gathers momentum, with calendars filling, to-do lists growing, and the beautiful chaos of Christmas unfolding, it’s all too easy to lose ourselves in the rush of it all.

This is your invitation to slow down. To step away from the festive hustle, take a deep breath, and give yourself the gift of rest.

DEEP REST is a warm, cocoon-like experience lovingly crafted to offer you exactly that: a sacred pause. An intentional space to surrender, restore, and be gently held.

This immersion has been designed to soothe your nervous system, quiet your mind, and return you to a deeper sense of self through a carefully curated blend of practices:

Meditation & Breathwork with Elise Griffin

Elise will guide you through gentle, somatic breath practices and mindfulness-based meditation to support nervous system regulation, quiet the internal noise, and bring you back into your body. With over 20 years in wellness, Elise’s approach is deeply grounding, trauma-aware, and heart-led.

Sound Healing with Vanessa Fernandez

Vanessa will bathe the room in the ethereal sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and intuitive vocal tones — all intended to help your body release tension, your mind slow, and your energetic system find balance. Her soundscapes are both subtle and powerful, designed to invite deep states of rest and recalibration.

Healing Touch with Lynnette Breytenbach

Lynnette will intuitively offer gentle hands-on support during the session — tuning in to where your body may be calling for care, connection, or energetic grounding. Her nurturing touch is subtle yet deeply impactful, creating a sense of safety, warmth, and deep surrender.

Surrounded by candlelight, wrapped in soft blankets, and supported by three experienced facilitators – this is your invitation to stop doing and start receiving.

As the year begins to draw to a close, allow yourself this moment to soften. To release the busyness, the expectations, and the endless demands of the season. To simply be, without anywhere else to go or anything else to do.

We’ll close with grounding connection, chai, and nourishing nibbles so you leave feeling warm, full, and replenished – body, mind, and soul.

This is your permission slip to pause.

To rest not because you’ve earned it, but because you deserve it.

To remember that amidst all the giving, organising, celebrating, and doing, you deserve to receive, too.

And because sometimes, the most beautiful gift you can give yourself is the space to do absolutely nothing.

Limited spots available for this intimate evening.

Bring your cosiest layers, your open heart, and your willingness to do absolutely nothing – except come home to yourself.

Bookings essential.
